The Rialto Institute of Progress is an 8-week program being held from March 3rd to April 28, 2016 giving our residents and business owners the opportunity to learn more about our city government, ways to promote transparency and open lines of communication between Citizens and City Hall. Sessions consist of verbal interaction and “voluntary” physical participation. Community members will have an increased understanding of our City Departments and how they impact the quality of life in the City of Rialto. Sessions will be held at the Rialto Civic Center in the Council Chambers, 150 So. Palm Ave., from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. It is limited to 40 Rialto Residents or Rialto business owners.
